The problem

Your best content gets used once.

You know social media matters. But nobody on staff has the time to do it well every week.

Sunday, then silence

The sermon is preached once, then sits on YouTube while your pages only post service times.

Volunteers burn out

Content falls to a volunteer or an overloaded admin, so posting is sporadic and quality is uneven.

Agencies don’t get church

A comms hire is expensive and hard to manage, and generic agencies don’t understand church culture or theology.

How it works

Three simple steps. One approval.

You don’t need to come up with new content. You already preached it.

1

Share your sermon

Send a YouTube or Facebook link, or upload a file. That’s all you do on Sunday.

2

Approve your week

We create the week’s clips, graphics and captions and send you one approval link. Approve everything or ask for changes.

3

We schedule it

Everything goes out on schedule to your church’s accounts. Nothing posts without your approval.

About 15 minutes of your time each week.

Josh Lawrence, founder of Steeple Social
Built by a pastor

We know the pace of ministry because we live it.

Steeple Social was started by Josh Lawrence, a senior lead pastor in Columbus, Ohio. He knows how sermons are structured, how the church calendar flows, and how carefully a pastor’s words need to be handled. He also knows how stretched most church staff are.

It isn’t a generic marketing agency trying to learn church life. Every clip is reviewed by a person to make sure nothing is taken out of context, and nothing goes out without your approval.

FAQ

Questions pastors ask

How do approvals work?

Each week you get one approval link with all of the week’s posts. You approve them or ask for changes, and one round of revisions is included every week. We ask for approval within about 48 hours. Nothing is ever posted without your approval, and you name one approver for your church so nothing gets lost.

What about worship music and copyright?

By default we clip only the spoken sermon, and we take out worship music and background tracks. Any music we add comes from licensed or royalty-free libraries. Your church’s worship streaming license may not cover social clips, so we’ll ask you to confirm what your license covers.

Will it look and sound like our church?

Yes. During setup we build your brand kit and custom templates from your logos, fonts and colors. We also write a short guide to your church’s voice and theology for captions, and we check names, scripture references and church terms every week.

Do you need our passwords?

No. We use scheduling tools or page admin roles instead of asking for passwords, and we remove our access if you ever leave.

Do you guarantee growth?

No. We promise consistent, careful, on-brand content every week and a clear monthly record of what was posted. We don’t promise attendance or follower numbers.

What if we don’t record our sermons?

The system depends on a recorded sermon, which can be a livestream, a YouTube video or an audio podcast. If you don’t record yet, ask us and we can suggest a simple way to start.
