You know your church should be on Facebook and Instagram, but you don’t know where to start. We create friendly, on-brand posts from your sermon, scripture and church events, and we post them for you. All you do is approve them, in about 10 minutes a week.
30 ready-to-post graphics with your church’s name. Free, with no obligation.
Most churches have fewer than 100 people on a Sunday, with no communications staff. You’re not behind. You just need a simple, steady plan and someone to carry it out.
The page was set up years ago, posts go up now and then, and no one is quite sure what to post, how often, or how Instagram works.
The pastor is stretched, the church secretary is part-time, and the volunteer who “knows computers” is already doing three other jobs.
Trendy agencies make content that doesn’t fit a traditional congregation. You want posts that are warm, reverent and recognizably yours.
You don’t have to come up with ideas. Your sermon, your scripture and your church calendar already hold a month of good posts.
Send a YouTube or Facebook link, upload a recording, or just send your sermon notes or bulletin. If your sermons are online, we can pick them up automatically.
Each week you get one link with all of your posts. Approve them or ask for a change. If you’re busy, posts are approved automatically after 3 days. Anything sensitive always waits for your OK.
Everything goes out on schedule to your church’s Facebook page and Instagram account. There’s nothing to log in to and nothing to remember.
About 10 minutes of your time each week.
Quotes from Sunday and verses in your preferred translation, in your church’s colors.
Potlucks, VBS, homecoming, Advent, Christmas Eve, Lent and Easter, all planned ahead.
Send us phone photos and we’ll tidy them up and post them, following your photo policy.
Short captioned clips from your sermon, edited by a person. Included in our video plans.
Facebook and Instagram on every plan. Start with graphics and photos, and add video whenever you’re ready.
Limited timeSetup fee waived for a limited time. Normally, setup is a one-time $199. It covers your church’s look (logo, colors and fonts, or we’ll create a simple one), custom post templates, a short guide to your church’s voice and Bible translation, help connecting your Facebook and Instagram, and your first month’s calendar.
Claim your free setupTurn Sunday’s sermon into a podcast your members can listen to all week. We set up your show and list it on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube Music, Amazon Music and more. Then every week we upload the new sermon with AI-written show notes (summary, scripture references, service times) and episode artwork, all checked by a person. You only need clear audio. A sound-board recording, a phone recording or the audio from your video all work. Your show belongs to your church.
Plans start with a 3-month commitment, then go month-to-month. Facebook and Instagram only.
You don’t need special equipment. A phone is fine. Here’s what helps us make posts that look and sound like your church.
No video yet? Start on a non-video plan and add video whenever you’re ready.
Steeple Social was started by Josh Lawrence, a senior lead pastor in Columbus, Ohio. He knows how sermons are structured, how the church calendar flows, and how carefully a pastor’s words need to be handled. He also knows how stretched most church staff are.
It isn’t a trendy marketing agency trying to learn church life. Every post is reviewed by a person to make sure nothing is taken out of context or out of character for your congregation, and you always have the final say.
Yes, that’s who we built this for. You won’t need to learn any new apps. You send us Sunday’s message (a link, a recording, or even your notes or bulletin), and you approve your posts from one link in your email. We’ll walk you through connecting your Facebook page and Instagram step by step.
Each week you get one link with all of the week’s posts. You can approve them or ask for changes, and one round of revisions is included each week. If you don’t get to it, posts are approved automatically after 3 days so your pages stay active. You can choose “always wait for my approval” instead. Anything sensitive, like news about a church member, children in photos or a fundraising ask, always waits for your OK.
Facebook and Instagram. That’s where most church families, neighbors and visitors already are, so we focus on doing those two well.
Not for our Getting Started and Church Life plans. An audio recording, sermon notes, a manuscript, your bulletin or the week’s scripture readings are enough. Our video plans need a weekly video of the sermon in HD with clear, easy-to-hear audio. A livestream, a YouTube video or a phone on a tripod with a simple lapel mic all work. See what we need from you.
Yes, with our Sermon Podcast add-on ($99/month plus $149 one-time setup). We set up your show, list it on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube Music, Amazon Music and others, and upload each week’s sermon with show notes and artwork. All we need is clear sermon audio, and the show belongs to your church.
Yes. During setup we create your church’s look from your logo and colors and write a short guide to your church’s voice, tradition and preferred Bible translation. Every week we check names, scripture references and church terms.
For video clips we use only the spoken sermon and take out worship music and background tracks. Any music we add comes from licensed or royalty-free libraries.
No. You give us partner access through Facebook’s own settings, and we’ll show you how. You can remove our access at any time.
No. We promise steady, careful, on-brand posts every week and a clear monthly record of what was posted. We don’t promise attendance or follower numbers.
Not sure where to start? Start here. Tell us about your church and we’ll send 30 ready-to-post graphics and captions with your church’s name and service times, along with a simple one-page guide to getting started on Facebook and Instagram.
